A Campaign schedules one approved Interview for a defined audience. Campaign management is available only to tenant administrators.
Before you create a Campaign
Confirm that:
- the Interview is approved;
- its employee assignments are correct;
- the organization timezone is current;
- the participation window gives employees enough time; and
- any excluded people are reviewed before scheduling.
Create the Campaign
- Open Campaigns and choose New Campaign.
- Select an approved Interview.
- Enter a recognizable Campaign name.
- Review the captured audience and apply any supported exclusions.
- Set the start and deadline in the organization’s timezone.
- Review the summary and create the Campaign.
Audience preparation is based on the approved Interview assignments. The resulting scheduled work pins the approved plan and personalized script revisions for each included employee.
Track participation
The Campaign detail page summarizes participant states such as pending, in progress, completed, declined, or expired. Use it to identify people who still have actionable work without interpreting a non-response as a finding about the employee.
Lifecycle actions
Activation makes eligible assignments available. At the deadline, pending work is no longer startable; an in-progress session may continue only through its existing grace period. Cancellation removes pending availability but does not invent a new resume window for work already in progress.
Closed Campaigns can be used as the basis for a supported rerun. Review the new schedule and audience as a new administrative decision rather than assuming the previous run is still appropriate.
