An Interview definition is the reusable preparation record for a knowledge-capture effort. Only tenant administrators can create and manage definitions.
Create a draft
- Open Interviews and choose New Interview.
- Enter a name and a specific knowledge goal.
- Select the Knowledge Bases that provide relevant source context.
- Choose employee assignments that match the goal.
- Review the draft before asking OrgWell to prepare interview material.
A strong goal identifies what the organization needs to learn and why. “Document the month-end exception-handling process and unresolved decision points” is more actionable than “Learn about accounting.”
Review the prepared plan
Preparation may take time. When it finishes, review the proposed coverage, questions, selected sources, and employee assignments. Confirm that questions are appropriate for the assigned people and do not request information the organization should not collect.
Approve a revision
Approval makes a specific plan revision available to Campaigns. Approve only after an administrator has checked the goal, sources, assignments, and generated content. If the definition needs material changes, return it to the appropriate editable state, revise it, and approve a new revision.
A Campaign pins the approved plan and personalized script revisions used for its assignments. Later edits do not silently alter work already scheduled.
Before creating a Campaign
Verify that the Interview shows an approved state, the intended employees are assigned, and the supporting Knowledge Bases are ready. The Campaign flow will not treat an unapproved definition as available.
