OrgWell captures organizational knowledge through structured, AI-led voice interviews. It keeps the information used to prepare an interview separate from the evidence produced by a participant, so reviewers can understand where a finding came from.
The OrgWell workflow
- Model the organization. Departments, employees, and Job Descriptions provide context about people and responsibilities.
- Prepare trusted sources. Knowledge Bases group documents that the interview author wants the system to use as background.
- Define the interview. An administrator supplies a goal, selects Knowledge Bases, assigns employees, reviews the generated plan, and approves a stable revision.
- Schedule a Campaign. A Campaign chooses an approved Interview, captures its audience, and sets the participation window.
- Conduct voice sessions. Assigned employees test their audio, review the recording notice, consent, and speak with the AI interviewer.
- Review evidence. Eligible completed sessions can produce Interview Briefs with findings and excerpts traceable to the recorded participant evidence.
Records have different purposes

Tenant boundaries
Every OrgWell account belongs to an organization tenant. Data access is tenant-scoped, and a person must not use links or identifiers from another organization. If a link unexpectedly opens an access error, return to the application navigation and contact your administrator rather than sharing the URL.
