Personal and organization settings

Keep account details, organization identity, and timezone settings accurate.

Settings separates personal account information from organization-wide configuration. The available controls depend on your role.

Account settings

Use Settings, then Account to review the personal information associated with your signed-in identity. If your email or account identity is wrong, do not create a second account as a workaround; contact your administrator or support.

Organization settings

Administrators can maintain the organization’s profile. Keep the displayed name recognizable and set the timezone used for scheduling and displaying Campaign lifecycle dates.

Members can view organization settings but cannot apply administrative changes.

Change the timezone carefully

The timezone helps administrators interpret local Campaign start and deadline values. Before changing it, review planned scheduling work and communicate the change to other administrators. Existing Campaign records preserve their own captured timing rather than being silently rescheduled.

Verify after a change

After saving organization settings, revisit the affected screen and confirm the value. For timezone changes, start a new Campaign draft and verify that the local schedule is interpreted as expected before scheduling real participant work.
