An Interview Brief is a structured analysis artifact generated from one completed, consented voice session. Access currently requires both the administrator role and the evidence-reader entitlement.
What a Brief contains
The format is designed to present material findings, operational observations, unresolved knowledge gaps, and supporting evidence excerpts in a consistent structure. Provenance connects the Brief to the tenant, session, participant, Interview, approved revisions, and applicable generation settings.
Evidence boundary
An Interview Brief is:
- a summary of one participant’s captured statements;
- bounded by the quality and completeness of the available transcript;
- a starting point for human review; and
- traceable to preserved evidence where access is authorized.
An Interview Brief is not:
- verified organizational truth;
- a consensus across employees;
- an industry or compliance audit;
- approved policy or documentation;
- a performance evaluation; or
- proof that an omitted topic is unimportant.
The current post-call transcript is derived from the participant microphone recording. It does not provide a complete channel-attributed transcript of both the AI interviewer and participant. Interpret excerpts within that limitation.
Review responsibly
- Confirm the participant, Interview, and session context.
- Read the finding together with its cited excerpt.
- Separate direct statements from the Brief’s synthesized wording.
- Flag uncertainty, conflicts, or missing perspectives for follow-up.
- Corroborate consequential claims with source documents or additional people before treating them as organizational guidance.
Do not copy sensitive excerpts into public documentation, general chat, or systems that are not approved for participant-derived evidence.
