My Interviews shows Campaign assignments you can act on and sessions already in progress. Each card displays timing and status information for that specific assignment.

Prepare your device

Before starting:

  • Use a current desktop browser with microphone support.
  • Find a quiet place where you can speak without exposing confidential information to bystanders.
  • Connect the microphone and speaker you intend to use.
  • Allow enough uninterrupted time to finish before the displayed deadline.

Complete audio readiness

Open the assignment and follow the readiness screen. Allow microphone access, run the microphone test, and play the speaker check when offered. If the microphone is too quiet, move closer or raise its input level. If it is clipping, lower the level and test again.

Readiness evidence is short-lived and single-use. If it expires, refresh readiness and repeat the check; your saved interview progress is not discarded.

Before the first recording begins, OrgWell displays the current recording and transcript notice. Read it fully. The start action remains unavailable until readiness has passed and you explicitly consent. If the notice changes before a resume, OrgWell asks you to review and accept the new version.

During the interview

Answer in your own words. Distinguish what you know directly from assumptions or second-hand information. Say when a question is outside your experience. The interview is designed to capture evidence, not to grade your performance.

If the session pauses or disconnects, return through My Interviews and use the resume path. A fresh audio check may be required. In-progress work can continue only within the grace period shown for the assignment.
