Start with the message shown in OrgWell and the action offered on the page. Retrying from the current screen is safer than editing a URL or reusing an old browser history entry.
Sign-in or invitation problems
- Use the newest invitation or account-action email.
- Confirm that you are signing in with the invited email address.
- If the action expired, request a new one through the supported recovery flow or contact an administrator.
- If you see the wrong organization, sign out before entering any information.
Missing navigation or controls
Compare the expected action with Roles and access. After a recent permission change, sign out and back in. Campaign management requires the administrator role; Analysis requires administrator plus evidence-reader access.
A document is not ready
Knowledge Base uploads are processed asynchronously. Wait for a queued or processing item to finish, then refresh the collection. If a document reaches a failed state, retry through the product when offered or replace it with a supported, readable source file.
Voice readiness fails
- Confirm that the browser has microphone permission for OrgWell.
- Select the intended input device in the operating system.
- Close another application that has exclusive control of the microphone.
- Repeat the test while speaking at a normal level.
- Lower the input when the signal clips, or move closer when it is too quiet.
If readiness expires or the session disconnects, resume from My Interviews. Do not reuse a copied session URL.
What to include in a support request
Provide the page name, approximate time, visible error code, browser name and version, and the steps immediately before the problem. Include a screenshot only after removing participant evidence, email addresses, access tokens, and other tenant-sensitive content. Never send passwords, temporary credentials, session URLs, or raw Interview Brief excerpts.
