OrgWell uses a base role for ordinary product permissions and a separate evidence-reader entitlement for sensitive analysis. Access is always limited to the current organization tenant.
Administrator
Administrators can manage the organization, including Departments, employees, roles, Job Descriptions, Knowledge Bases, Interview definitions, and Campaigns. They can review and approve Interview plans and maintain organization settings.
Administrator status alone does not grant access to Interview Briefs. Analysis requires both the administrator role and the evidence-reader entitlement.
Member
Members can navigate the core product, read the organizational context available to them, and work with assigned interviews. Management controls are hidden or read-only. Members cannot create Campaigns or access the Analysis catalog.
Evidence reader
Evidence-reader access is an additional entitlement used for Interview Briefs and their supporting excerpts. It is intentionally independent of the base role, but the current Analysis experience requires a person to be both an administrator and an evidence reader.
Permission changes
An administrator can change another employee’s base role and evidence-reader entitlement. Changes may invalidate cached permissions or an active session. If the navigation does not match a newly assigned role, sign out and back in before reporting a problem.
Grant evidence access only to people who need to review participant-derived material. A Department assignment is organizational context and does not grant evidence access.
